1.1 Membership is open to individuals who meet PAP’s eligibility requirements, including but not limited to age, citizenship or residency requirements (if applicable), and compliance with PAP, IPF, and related federation rules.
1.2 All information submitted in the membership application must be true, accurate, and complete. Submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in denial, suspension, or revocation of membership without refund.
1.3 PAP reserves the right to approve or deny any membership application at its sole discretion.
2.1 PAP membership is valid only for the period specified by PAP (typically one calendar year), unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Membership is non-transferable and may only be used by the registered individual.
2.3 Renewal is the responsibility of the Member. Failure to renew on time may result in loss of eligibility to compete, officiate, vote, or receive other member privileges.
3.1 Membership fees are set by PAP and may vary depending on membership type (e.g., athlete, coach, referee, volunteer, or official).
3.2 All membership fees are non-refundable, except in cases expressly approved by the PAP Board.

6.1 All members agree to be bound by PAP, Philippine National Anti-Doping Organization (PHINADO), International Powerlifting Federation (IPF), and World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) anti-doping rules, including in-competition and out-of-competition testing.
6.2 Members acknowledge the authority of PHINADO to conduct doping control, results management, and enforcement of sanctions in accordance with national and international anti-doping regulations.
6.3 Any anti-doping rule violation shall be handled in accordance with applicable PAP, PHINADO, IPF, and WADA regulations.
6.4 Sanctions imposed due to anti-doping violations or serious misconduct may include suspension, disqualification, loss of results, ineligibility, or permanent revocation of membership.

10.2 PAP, its officers, board members, volunteers, officials, and partners shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during training, competition, or PAP-related activities, except where required by law.
10.3 Members participate in PAP activities at their own risk.
11.1 PAP reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
11.2 Continued membership after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
12.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
By submitting a PAP membership application and/or paying the membership fee, the applicant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
